About the event
Thanks for booking!
You will be sent your timeslot the week before the competition.
It will be between 8.30am-11.30am.
You will require to warm up yourselves, there will be a warm up zone in the gym with a suitable warm up to follow on the whiteboard.
No refunds can be given, however, you may sell your ticket.
You confirm that you are fit and well to participate in exercise classes. Please consult a doctor if you require any advice to participate to take part.
