Hi, thanks for joining the race fitness program! You will have two gym workouts and two home workouts included in the program. You will also have access to the following online zoom session... Tuesday 7pm Home Workout with Kieron. If your not riding at weekend there will be a extra workout for you to complete. You can mix and match your days/ home & gym workouts depending on your riding days. For anything you are unsure about please contact us and we will be happy to help. You will also find our video library helpful if you are unsure about any exercises. (Making in process). If you are racing, please rest the day before or complete a extra stretch session.
