Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. We are asking for a donation of £5pp given directly to Blythe House who will be there. Water will be available. You are fit and well to participate in the event. You will be assigned into a team. Please choose a slot between 6am and 6pm (Last slot will be 5pm) Max four riders per one hour slot.
